Registration is NOT complete until the  following conditions are met:

1. You bring the Confirmation (printed after you hit the submit button and titled "Form Confirmation") with you on Sep 18 2005.
2. You pay Tuition: $150 ONE CHILD, $225 for TWO, $325 for THREE (Tuition Waiver available on request from Principal)

Your registration may be cancelled if you don't follow these instructions.
