Southwest Community Health Center (SWCHC)

Southwest Community Health Center (SWCHC) is a safety-net clinic providing basic health care services to low-income uninsured individuals with a focus on SW Portland and the surrounding area.

Bilal Masjid is an active participant in the Portland Community and we care about our neighbors.

We are helping the Portland Community meet their healthcare needs by supporting SW Community Health Center (SWCHC), a safety- nethealth clinic, with a grant i.e. $10,000 drive for SWCHC by Bilal Masjid to help the underinsured/uninsured.
